GRACE Investigation

Here are the results of an investigation into Tenth Presbyterian Church by GRACE.

As damning as the report is, keep in mind that GRACE was paid six figures by the church, so it is a bit of a stretch to call it independent.

Here is Pastor Marion Clark's email stating when Dr. Paul S. Jones was hired  Notice how he lies to the congregation, telling them that Dr. Jones is leaving to pursue new opportunities.  He also lies about the reason for his departure a month later, which was due to his involvement with his good friend Dr. Jones, who he praises effusively.

Here are my concealed carry permits.  Notice that the one which expired in 2017 was a renewal, which means the initial permit was issued in 2012.

Here are some emails regarding the illegal alien.  This is important because Liam Goligher lied about it at the injunction hearing on 10/10/17, stating that this happened before he came.  This is the reason the documents start with the most recent one.



Here is the excerpt from the transcript from the my defamation trial regarding the rape/false imprisonment.  Note that this is the same transcript for the sexual harassment, but there are two separate incidents.  


Here are emails regarding the mentally ill woman who disrupted the service.  These are significant, because this was when Susan Elzey's animosity toward me began, based on the false notion that I said her husband touched the woman inappropriately.  Susan Elzey has repeatedly lied about me in court and online.

Here is an email regarding elder nominee Steve Forde refusing to meet with me.

Here are documents regarding the first letter I sent to the congregation.  Notice the elders retract their statements that my letter was "utterly false" and "a horrible slander", i.e. they admit that they lied.  Also notice how they then turned around at the defamation trial and said that calling the sexual harassment sexual assault was what they meant.  This is obviously a lie.  If they had known that previously, they would not have retracted their words. 

Here are documents regarding Liam Goligiher's threat to use lethal force against me.
The church has repeatedly recklessly endangered me by telling the police I am mentally ill, delusional, fit the profile of a mass shooter and armed and dangerous.  The police kill many innocent people for much less of a reason.


Here is my second letter to the congregation.  Notice how they deny threatening to excommunicate me and sue me, things which they have subsequently done.  
Here is a letter dated 08/15/17, threatening to sue me.

Here are the slanderous and false statements of Judge Abbe Fletman, stating that I admitted to making false statements.  Notice that the injunction transcript proves that she is the one lying, as I never said that.  Furthermore, she states that the reason my statements were false was because I accused people of being involved in things before they were leaders in the church.  This shows a total ignorance of the facts, since Liam Goligher's codefendant, George McFarland, testified at the defamation trial that he had been an elder for thirty five years, which is many years before any of the incidents I mentioned.  Also, it is interesting that she did not mention that my body camera proved that they lied when they said I was threatening and harassing people. 


Here is a letter dated 06/22/18 threatening to sue me.  How ironic that at the same time the church is hosting a conference titled "The Church as a Refuge", they are threatening me.
